LYING ISN'T EASY

So, I know a guy...whose a narcissist. Constantly lies about any of the 5 Ws (who, what, when, where or why 👈🏿😏 in case you're not following) to make himself look good. I've known this guy to be a habitual liar and whatever you've got...that he doesn't...he will find a way to one up you to look good as far as image. Running into him yesterday, he announces that he's up for a promotion with his made up job (give him credit, he actually worked for about 6 good months, before they let him go...what he doesn't know is that a lot of us know that the company cut ties with him) and that he is pursuing his Doctorates (going to school full time)...question is...how do you get a Doctrates without a Bachelor's and Masters?!?! Bro, quit lying!!!! We all know the truth, but we gas him up with head nods and smirks. Folks, we have to do better...why do we feel that a social status is needed to make us official? I believe in the concept of working hard...not lying or unable to present proof if asked for a receipt. Status without work equates nothing, but trouble...and if looking to be celebrated for nothing...that's shameful and wrong. I wish him success in his journey to find himself and pray that he really looks to find out who he is and refrain from the path he's going or...it's really going to hurt him later. I'm always about seeing one succeed...never have liked people getting over. #osmosisthoughtz
