Don't you just hate when people that work for you...think they know more than you. I have a concept...teach one...reach one! Even a boss or two can learn new things, but when the student feels as though they've out mastered the teacher...what good is the student? Lately, I've ran into these types of people, they don't feel the need to ask a question, yet do what they "feel" to undermined the boss! "If I can't teach you...I don't need you"...learn the basics of the facts, before you try to push opinions that really do not matter to the world...if your pot to piss in...hasn't earned it's stains! That is all...

AI delivers ball in Philly
As some may know...I'm a huge NBA fan! Well not to die for anymore...but I love the game! Well tonight I go to nba.com and AI (Allen Iverson to those who don't follow him)is delivering the game ball for the Philly vs. Celts game...he comes out looking crazy and shaking hands in an oversized Lou Williams jersey (apparently lent to him before the game) baggy jeans (he was constantly pulling up), hat to the back and sneakers...he could've worn a suit and showed Philly he was a changed man instead of a thug...and if Philly really cared...they would give him a position in a player relations type role with the team. He could tell the new players lessons he's learned and etc. to me...Philly lynched this guy literally and showed the world that he will always need them no matter what. I'm sure he was paid by them to come out and represent them, but think about it...why would they give that opportunity to this guy...when he was a problem child to them when they cut ties with him...twice. I like AI and I respect his game, but I'm not so sure about the display of affection that the city of brotherly love showed this man. Parading him around, after his claim to fame consumed him. They say you are what you eat...and he became a Philly "sucker" that just got licked! Good luck to him and his future endeavors and I'm rooting that he bounces back, but he needs to adjust to the real world quickly!!! Understand who his real friends are...and how to let go...when its time to move forward...maybe he should talk to Michael Vick...

Almost that time again...
Elephant's vs the Donkey's...The Congressional gangsta convention is almost upon us. Vote me...vote me...vote me...sounds like baby birds in a tree chirping the nerves out of its neck until mom shoves a worm down its throat to satisfy its greedily need. Politicians are the biggest commercialized gangsta's swearing they are legitimate in our eyes...yet they do not know exactly what the people want and we see nothing trickle down our way to make us all smile and feel otherwise. Oh...wait....therrrrrrrrrrreeeessssss more...why is it that the same people that vote folks into office are the same ones that complain about them once elected into office. Ionno...*kanye shrug...somethings got to give...

Life Changes
A lot of times...we don't seem to get that life passes us by quicker than we may know it. As the four seasons that include birthdays, graduations, holidays, weddings & funerals change our lives...so does the fact that our friends, habits/routines, mentality & physicality. Some do not realize how fast they age themselves, but are quick to point out the silver streaks in another's head or the crows feet beneath another's eyes. Those that realize they are aging..go through any process to stay young...Botox...hair dyes...dating preferences...etc, etc. Any way to alter their lifestyles to the tune of "YOLO" (You Only Live Once"). My thoughtz here...do you...but don't hurt anyone else in the process...no matter how much you try to cover up the imperfections/flaws...they'll always be there as the true nature of yourself...to everyone else that see you beyond the mirrors we awake to daily. We age slowly with every second that drifts from this earthbound clock we are balled and chained to until the day we die. Life changes transpire beyond the human retina as every dead skin that falls from our body...turns to balls of dust in the corner...as these become the "days of our lives". Live life to the fullest...and enjoy every moment tht passes you by...but remember you are a movie film to others...a legacy beyond life.
