When Power Plays the Victim

How does someone stand at the center of a storm they created…shouting about injustice while building their entire world on deception, division, and control?

It’s a wild paradox, really.

Imagine a person found guilty by a court of law, wearing the title of felon like a badge of honor. Instead of accountability, there’s a campaign a full-blown performance fueled by lies, half-truths, and the kind of fear that spreads faster than wildfire. This isn’t just politics; it’s manipulation masked as leadership.

What’s even more staggering is the double standard. They silence others by intimidation, influence, or straight-up censorship. They target voices that disagree, dismantle truth like it’s an inconvenience, and weaponize their reach to control narratives. But the moment their own speech is questioned or consequences knock on their door? Suddenly, it’s “unfair.” Suddenly, the rules are supposed to change.

Where’s the accountability? Where’s the reflection?

The irony is thick. You can’t scream about free speech when you’ve spent years trying to choke it out of everyone else. You can’t play the victim when you’ve been the villain in so many people’s stories.

Ask a millionaire, they say. Maybe wealth gives them wisdom. Or maybe it just gives them the means to avoid consequences the rest of us would never escape.

But this isn’t just about one person—it’s a reflection of what we, as a society, tolerate and normalize. If power means never having to say you’re sorry, then maybe we need to redefine what power should look like.

Because truth still matters. Integrity still matters. And no amount of money or microphones should drown out that reality.
