Leaders take care of their people! There’s a point in our careers when we must not forget where we come from and to place ourselves in the shoes of those we lead. Although many of us may wear the rank, hold positions of authority or higher education...it does not mean that we have all the answers...nor does it make us superior to those that follow. At the end of the day...know your people, their worth and be willing to look them in the eye and say...thank you...and mean it!
