If I can't teach you...I don't need you

Don't you just hate when people that work for you...think they know more than you. I have a concept...teach one...reach one! Even a boss or two can learn new things, but when the student feels as though they've out mastered the teacher...what good is the student? Lately, I've ran into these types of people, they don't feel the need to ask a question, yet do what they "feel" to undermined the boss! "If I can't teach you...I don't need you"...learn the basics of the facts, before you try to push opinions that really do not matter to the world...if your pot to piss in...hasn't earned it's stains!
